Walling & O.W. Gray and published by Stedman, Brown & Lyon in 1871 at 102 Chauncey St. Boston. This map is in fair condition owing to the fact that there is a 3" tear in the bottom centerfold which has been repaired. This authentic vintage map of Marlborough Massachusetts has a blank verso or back side and beautiful coloring on sturdy paper.
