This original antique map measures approximately 13" X 10" ( 33 cm X 25 cm) and comes from M. Malte-Brun's "A new General Atlas, exhibiting the five great divisions of the Globe--- Drawn and engraved, particularly to illustrate the universal geography by M. Malte-Brun". This map is in very good condition and has no folds and a blank verso (reverse side). The atlas was published by John Grigg Philadelphia 1830. A handsome hand colored atlas detailing the many countries and kingdoms of the time. Old and vintage maps also make great gifts.
