This original antique map measures approximately 18" X 14" ( 46cm X 36 cm) and comes from the "New Topographical Atlas of the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia?". Author's are S.J. Martent, H.F. Walling & O.W. Gray. Published by Stedman, Brown and Lyon in Baltimore Maryland 1873. This rare and important atlas was one of the finest produced in the post Civil war era. The maps have strong image and color and are printed on sturdy paper. A fine item for display, collection or gift.
